At Warm Breezes Counseling, we believe in full transparency with our clients and helping you feel empowered about your care.

We accept all major credit cards and health savings account cards. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. 

If we are not in network with your insurance carrier, we are able to provide you with a superbill if you wish to use out of network benefits to seek reimbursement.   Not sure if you have Out-of-network benefits? We advise you to call or check with your insurance company directly to find out.

Fees:

Initial assessment session: $200

Follow up individual sessions/ 53 minutes : $160

Good Faith Estimate Notice

At Warm Breezes Counseling, we believe in transparency and helping you feel informed and empowered when making decisions about your care.

If you’re not using insurance or are paying out-of-pocket for your sessions, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of services.

Your rights under the No Surprises Act:

  • You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

  • This estimate will include session fees and any related costs you may reasonably expect.

  • You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service or at any time.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

There is no charge for receiving an estimate.
